• Psychotherapy — an act of psychology, provided by a psychologist registered with the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses, with the guarantees of confidentiality and professional secrecy provided for by law and by the profession's Code of Ethics (Código Deontológico).
• Experiential training (programmes, workshops, gatherings) — a training and psychoeducational activity. It is not treatment and does not replace psychological care. Every programme includes a prior screening conversation; if we find that what you need is clinical care rather than training, we will tell you so.

Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Payment is made at the session (MB Way or cash), with a receipt issued.

Enrolment is confirmed upon payment. If you withdraw and let us know up to 7 days before the start date, we refund the full amount paid; after that date, and up to the first session, we refund 50%. If we are the ones cancelling an edition, we refund 100%. (Provisional policy — it may be updated before enrolment opens for each edition.)
