Self-observation exercise
Meet your parts
We all have parts — and the hardest-working ones are protectors. This exercise, inspired by the IFS model, offers 8 everyday situations to notice which of yours are most active. It observes, it doesn’t diagnose: the final portrait describes what you noticed in your choices, nothing more.
Before you begin
There are 8 everyday situations, about 4 minutes. At the end, a portrait of your most active protective parts — descriptive, not a test. There are no right answers and no bad results: choose the reaction that most resembles you, even if none is exact.
Your answers never leave your device — we don't see or store them. For that very reason, if you reload or close the page midway, your progress disappears.
This isn't a diagnosis — it's an invitation to notice. In crisis, don't wait: SNS 24 — 808 24 24 24 · Emergency: 112.
