The 3-hour programme

1st hour

The pattern has a history

Why do we keep choosing the same kind of person, silencing the same discomfort, having the same argument? Relational patterns are not flaws: they are ways of loving we learnt early — and they repeat until someone listens to them.

2nd hour

The map of your parts in relationships

With the IFS model: the part that pleases so as not to lose the other person, the one that defends itself before being hurt, the one that gives up rather than ask. Recognising these parts is the first step to no longer being driven by them.

3rd hour

Guided practice and conversation

A guided exercise to begin recognising your own pattern — at your own pace, without sharing anything you do not want to — and honest conversation about what to do with what you discover.

You take part individually and no previous experience is needed. The practices are guided and each person goes only as far as feels right. It is not therapy — neither individual nor couples; if we see that that is what you need, we tell you and point you in the right direction.
